Workflow automation is most of what I do: the reports, handovers and routine steps that eat a team's week. I run a distribution business, Vimal Electric Corporation, and it is where I try everything first. Its 11-person team automated reporting, stock tracking and the path from order to dispatch, and by my own rough estimate saves roughly 800 to 900 hours a month.
